Photos by Michelle Kehoe
First off, let me tell you that these photos were taken the day before the snow-pocalypse came down on us, and that if you saw this place right now you wouldn’t be able to recognized it!
Last Friday, I met Michelle from Mash-Elle.com for coffee downtown, and believe it or not we have been living so close to each other for years (until she moved to Florida) and have been following each other’s blogs forever now – it was so fun to finally get to hang out in person! She’s the sweetest girl, and her style is my #goals. Plus HER HAIR! I mean come on, I was not missing my long hair before but now I am! We actually got together a couple of days ago again to shoot some fun winter photos that I can’t wait to share with you – there might be a slight overload of them because I can’t pick less than 20!
This tunic is an absolute dream, it is thick enough to feel warm but not hot, and the length is ideal for either tucking it in jeans like I did, or wear over leggings or even as a dress with tights! And the color is so flattering and the perfect shade of raspberry.
My jeans and scarf are not recent and have been on the blog more times than I can count, but I am ok with it because let’s be real. They are staples. I cannot wear these jeans enough, and FYI I keep throwing them in the laundry machine and dryer and they are not fading or stretching!
Last but not least – the booties! I love black booties because they go with everything and look great, and the leather bows on the side are perfect for the holidays.
I am not used to wearing heels that high, especially considering I went to my kickboxing class right after these photos and since I don’t wear gym shoes for kickboxing, these were the only shoes I had with me to wear AFTER THE CLASS. Can you imagine having to wear these after an intense workout?!!
