Murad Canada review

You know when they say you should moisturize every day to reduce the effects of aging – even when you are in your 20s? Yeah I didn’t do that, and I am now 26 and can already see my body acting differently than it did 5 years ago! I am not joking when I tell you that it actually took me DAYS to recover from my latest hungover over the holidays (granted I almost never drink so when I do it has a tendency to affect me… a lot). Not even mentioning the occasional grey hair I find, or the fact that I am now the happiest about spending an evening on the couch…

So when Murad Canada and I decided to work together for a review, I immediately jumped on the occasion to give my body a much needed boost – and get some firming cream for my legs! I haven’t been working out …

Oversized Grey Cardigan with Bubble Sleeves

I am smitten by this oversized cozy cardigan and love how it paired with this crossbody bag. The sleeves are what drew me to it to it initially, but I guess I am slightly biased because I have a thing for sleeves. Seriously though, the fact that you can wrap yourself in it and be warm and still look put together is so important (at least to me) when shopping for a cardi. I am wearing a size M Petite (they are almost sold out of the regular sizes so I went up one size in the petite section and it fits great).

Burgundy-wine color is so in right now, and looks amazing matched with …

Ottawa Life Magazine x Marie’s Bazaar

A few months ago I had the chance to shoot for the Ottawa Life Magazine, which is a well-known magazine in the capital. I obviously jumped on the occasion, and spent the entire day surrounded by gorgeous fashion bloggers and influencers, at the Andaz hotel overlooking the city!

The magazine came out last week, and I could NOT be more excited/proud/honoured at how it turned out. That day was such a fun experience, if you told me 2 years ago (or even 6 months ago!) that I would spend a whole Saturday being taken care off, photographed, interviewed, and handed out …

PS: my pink sweater is from Asos and is on sale right now (shop it here) and my black dress is from Dynamite but sold out (similar here).

Leather Skirt & Bubble Sweater

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and I wanted to share this gorgeous pink sweater I just got for the occasion. Bubble sleeves are starting to get reeeally popular, and this girl is the happiest about it! Give me any type of cool sleeves like bell, lace, bubble,… and I will be into it.

The color is the first thing that caught my eye when I saw the sweater in the store – they have it in white too if this pink is a little too much for you. Bubblegum pink is such a warm tone, and goes perfectly with any skin tone. I absolutely love how it makes my eyes pop! When I bought it I wasn’t sure how …

Cold-Shoulders & Sneakers

This casual look might be one of my favorite for the weekend. I have been searching high and low for a cute pair of white sneakers for months now, and finally found my match when I was in Europe a couple of weeks ago (I cannot believe how fast the time flies!!). These are so cool because they are kind of leather-y and not fabric like the ones who can find more easily, and they are less than $40 which makes it reeeally easy to pull the plug. I can’t wait for spring and summer (and tan legs) to wear these with …
