I know Spring has technically already arrived, but it sure doesn’t feel like it yet here. We still got a big snowstorm last week, and the temperature outside (as I type this) is -7 Celsius. Which means I need to rack my brain every day thinking about what to wear that is appropriate for the weather and that I haven’t already worn 50x this year.
Layers are always the solution to being stuck in between seasons. Let it be between summer and fall, or between winter and spring. So I decided to try and layer this faux fur vest I got months ago (I wore it here in the fall) with my favorite white zip front coat (sold out but I found a similar one on sale here) and I LOVE how it turned out! Who would think those are two separate pieces?! Everything online right now is focused on Spring trends, which makes me so happy but seriously… when will it be our turn?!
These leggings have been in my closet for over a year, still look brand new and cost just under $35. They have a way to elongate your legs without making them appear wider (some faux leather pants will do that to you) – and spending the day in leggings is ALWAYS a good idea.
Oh, and this is the same black crossbody bag I wore numerous times before (here, here and here are examples) but I keep on switching the strap to match my outfits! The bag in itself is a little bit of a splurge, but it allows you to style it in so many different ways which makes it, in my opinion, totally worth the price!
