Date night outfit for Spring

Hello my beautiful friends! I have been so excited to share this outfit with you because I am – slightly – obsessed with this dress AND from what I have seen after posting it on social media SO ARE YOU!

It is, in my opinion, one of the sweetest and sexiest dresses I own. I say sweet because the soft pink and suede fabric is a dream to wear, and the ruffles make it so feminine. And I say sexy because come on, the off-shoulder and skin-tight fit is so body flattering and gives you curves in all the right places! I personally aren’t really gifted in the upper body area, so the ruffles give me that extra volume, while the bodycon enhances my curves for extra va-va-voom. And it doesn’t hurt that the dress is less than $20 (yes you read that right). Off shoulder and cold shoulder dresses were my go-to last spring and summer, and they are my go-to this year too. I have one coming to the blog once the weather warms up which is olive green and sweetheart neckline off shoulder and I am DYING to see what you think! You can find it right now here if you are curious.

I’ve mentioned in probably my last 10 posts that I have been stocking up on blush shoes and sandals, and these lace up ones (available in brown right now) are just one of my latest acquisitions. I love how comfortable they are thanks to the thicker heel, and although I love them with a dress I think I might wear them with jeans and a blouse next for a more casual look. That is what I look for in shoes: versatility!

These photos were taken at the beautiful Andaz hotel in Ottawa, see my review here!

And PS: if you have read my previous post about my 4 jewelry picks with Michael Hill, these are the earrings I am talking about!
