Neck tie & kitten heels: how to elevate your basic casual outfit

Casual meets chic at its finest. Basically the only way I can think of describing this outfit.

I’m the type of girl who loves to relax in jeans, so for me this outfit is not only cute but it is extremely comfortable. These jeans have been my favorite pair of ripped jeans in the last months – I basically live in them when I work from home. I swear by all my pairs of Dynamite jeans, they are all extremely stretchy and have more of a legging feel to them (not that harsh denim structure).

You probably know by now that I live for kitten heels. If you’re new around here, click here, here, and here for a few of my favorite outfits with kitten heels to give you some inspiration. One of the reasons I love them so much is that they make you feel like you dressed up and made an effort, even if all you are wearing is a pair of ripped jeans and a white shirt. Add a skinny scarf (this one actually came on the handle of a handbag) and tie your hair back – it can clearly even just be a messy ponytail. Pretty much the easiest way to take an outfit from blah to woah.

PS: this most adorable bag is even cuter in person and costs less than $20!
